Raise the concern directly
Call (202) 555-0169 with your name, callback number, project address, date, people involved, what happened, and the outcome you are seeking. Keep relevant photographs, messages, estimates, and receipts.
Review
The responsible operator should acknowledge the concern, check the available records, and explain the next step. Urgent safety issues should be raised by phone. Emergencies belong with the appropriate emergency service.
